The staff were all amazingly nice and gentle. The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful position near to nice cafe's and restaurants, and ferries, bus, tram and the best Hamam in Istanbul. European Side district was worth visiting.

Nice looking, nicely furnished room provided with rose petals and bathroom, as example. Good customer care, parking on site. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location close enough to plenty of places to eat and the port and tram and another restaurant for breakfast.

This was a really great stay of 6 nights. Everyone who worked there was kind. the rooms were exceptional with a street-side view, felt like home. A personal safe, climate control, and a minibar were provided. the breakfast was satisfactory, the check-in was early. the location was marvelous for me, in the Karakoy neighborhood. It was also not far from restaurants and bars, all touristic and entertainment venues and cafes, restaurants, food stands, bars.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. Situated in a very lovely neighborhood, it is conveniently placed on a fairly busy street that is full of places to stop for food or drink. Moreover, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the tramway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
All was more than okay.
